 My name is Karla Godbey. I attended college at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota, graduating with a BA in Elementary Education with a concentration in Language Arts for grades K-8.  I have been teaching in the Garretson School District since 1987. I received training for Reading Recovery at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD. I currently teach Title I Math and Reading for grades two through five. I also teach Reading Recovery for grade one.
